The Twixt Daily Word Puzzle is a game centered on transforming a given start word into a specified end word through a sequence of exactly four specific transformations. The core objective is to navigate between words using four distinct move types, each of which must be employed exactly once in the sequence.

The permissible transformations are categorized as Anagram, Verb, Homophone, and Compound. Anagram involves rearranging all the letters of the current word to form a new word. The Verb move allows the user to switch to any other grammatical form of the same verb. The Homophone move requires swapping the current word for a word that sounds identical but possesses a different spelling. The Compound move involves jumping to a word that can combine with the current word to form a common compound word.

The constraints governing the solving process are strict. Each puzzle is guaranteed to have only one valid solution. Furthermore, the path taken must be unique, meaning no word can be repeated in the sequence of moves. The final word reached after the fourth move must precisely match the designated end word. During the solving process, the player has the ability to undo any move executed. The puzzle resets daily at midnight, ensuring the introduction of a new challenge each day.

The interface provides hints to assist the solver. Players can reveal the type of move associated with any position in the sequence, and subsequently use a second hint on that same slot to reveal the correct word, thereby guiding the path. The game also includes functionality for sharing the results, allowing players to record their time and rank upon completion.
